If you have created a customer account without registering your email address and VAT number via Register your company for VAT exemption you need to contact us with your company details, including your company VAT number, and we will help you to set this up correctly.

If you want to create an account for a company that is registered outside of EU, you do not need to go via Register your company for VAT exemption
