How to file a claim

Please contact us with your order number and purchase date via the form under header Contact us.

 

Be sure to let us know which products you wish to report a claim for with detailed description together with the reason for the complaint. Please attach pictures/video if it concerns a possible damage.

 

If you purchased your product through a third party or one of our resellers, please contact them directly for further support.
