Please note that your phone needs to be connected to the internet in order to connect your Colourpin.
If your device is found by the app, but does not want to connect through Bluetooth, first make sure the device is fully charged.
If Bluetooth does not want to connect with your device on the SmartPhone, but the Colourpin device is visible, put your SmartPhone in airplane mode which will reset Bluetooth and then try again to reconnect.
