VAT exemption

Tax exemption within EU
If you would like to place an order with VAT exemption, please register your VAT number here: Register your company for VAT exemption – NCS Colour

Once your VAT number has been approved, you will be able to place orders without VAT.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Your account will be created using the email address you register with.

  • We kindly recommend using a personal work email address, rather than a generic one such as info@, invoice@ or shop@, to ensure you receive login details and order updates without any issues.

  • After registering, you will receive an email to complete your account setup. Once that’s done, simply log in via the profile icon in the top right corner of the website and place your order.

  • Payment method is credit card.

If you’re unsure whether your company is already registered, or if you need any help along the way, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the form under “Contact us” and we’re happy to assist you.

Companies outside of EU
All our customers outside of EU can go directly to the Shop and place an order, once you go to the shopping cart, you may enter your company name in the corresponding field, should you wish to have it stated on your receipt. We recommend that you Log in to have a customer account to see your order history, but it is not obligatory.

Payment method available is by Credit card only.

Invoice customers
If you would like to apply to become an invoice customer, please visit Contact us on our website and submit the form “Invoice request for business customers”. This form is only intended for invoice applications.

Once we receive your request, we will review your company information and assess whether your company can be approved for invoice payments. You will be informed as soon as a decision has been made.
