Once you have completed the steps, please contact us on info@ncsolour.com or fill in this Colourpin Reclaim form, and we will process your claim accordingly and provide you with further information.

Please note that you must contact our customer service to be approved, before you can return your item.

NCS does not take any responsibility in the event of a damage or a misplacement occurring during transportation of the returned item.

Freight charges related to returning Colourpin is at the expense of the buyer. If the Colourpin returned is approved as a valid reclamation, NCS will reimburse the freight charge. Return the product together with a copy of the Colourpin Reclaim form.
