You are entitled to return undamaged and unused items to NCS Colour AB. Colourpin II/PRO are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.

  • Follow the steps in the Colourpin troubleshooting guide to diagnose eventual defects.
  • Once diagnosed, fill in the Complaint form which you find here under headline "Return policy for Colourpin II/PRO". You must contact NCS Customer service through the Complaint form before you return your item.
  • Once the return request has been approved, you can return the item. NCS does not take any responsibility in the event of a damage or a misplacement occurring during transportation of the returned item.
  • Freight charges related to returning Colourpin is at the expense of the buyer. If the Colourpin returned is approved as a valid reclamation, NCS will reimburse the freight charge. Return the product together with a copy of your receipt. Keep the original receipt as this is also your warranty certificate.
